AGAVE SIROP

 Agave syrup ( new with 450 gr) is made from the concentrated juice of the perennial agave plant. It is an excellent sugar substitute.
Rich in fructose (90%), it prevents the burning of too much energy during digestion.
It has a lower glycemic index than saccharose but is sweeter.
It's unique taste makes it perfect for sweetening drinks, but also for alleviating the bitterness of certain ingredients in savoury recipes.
