ALFALFA

Alfalfa is more particularly used for germination. It is the most nutritious sprouting seed because, in addition to its high vitamin and protein content, it is rich in iron, calcium and phosphorus.
Its tiny shoots have a pleasant, refreshing taste. Serve them with raw salad vegetables or mixed salad.
