Barley, sweet and refreshing cereal, provides mucilage which is good for the intestines.
How to use: This Whole Barley Cream, pre-steamed and diary-free flour, can be used to make soups and porridges.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes for a more creamy and digestible result, and for 5 to 7 min if intended for children.
