BREAKFAST - MUESLI
Muesli (Swiss ger. Müesli, also ger. Müsli -the word is an Alemannic diminutive of Mues which is related to the Old English word moose, meaning stew or pottage-) is a popular breakfast cereal based on uncooked rolled oats, fruit and nuts developed around 1900 by Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Benner for patients in his hospital.
Very rich in carbon-hydrates vitamins, minerals and fibres and without added sugar. Most of our muesli are toasted hence made from carefully selected cereals with a double cooking (steam and infrared natural gas) that transform cereals' starch in very easily digestible glucose.
