CHESTNUT RISOTTO

Ingredients : Whole long grain rice*, chestnuts* (30%). (*) Organically grown products.

Preparation : 1 part Sliced Rice and Chestnuts per 3 parts salt water, if need be with vegetable stock, seasoning or a bouquet garni added. Cook over low heat, covered, for 15 min. Leave to swell 10 min. Combine and season to taste. This mix is also ideal for preparing tasty desserts with rice milk.
