DURUM WHEAT FORESTIER

Ingredients : semi-whole durum wheat*, soy beans*, carrots*, cultivated mushrooms*, onions*, parsley*, garlic*, basil*. (*) Organically grown products. Preparation : 1 part Sliced Wheat per 3 parts salt water. Cook over low heat, covered, for 15 min. Leave to swell 10 min. Add and season to taste with fresh herbs, a dash of olive oil, spices, gomasio( dry-roasted sesame seeds ground with sea salt).
Product without GMO in accordance with organics standards.
