FARMHOUSE WHITE SPELT

Spelt (Triticum Spelta) is an ancient, rustic variety of wheat and was the Romans’ staple cereal. It contains more protein and minerals than wheat. You may prefer to use this only slightly refined flour for delicate preparations such as: sauces, pastries, bread, etc. This flour contains between 0.70 % and 0.90 % minerals.
