ROCKET : Sprouting Seeds of Roquect (or Roquette) have a sweet, nutty flavour, delicious stirred into yoghurt or added to salads. High in nutrients and Vitamins A, B, C and E. Easy to sprout in a warm place. An airing cupboard is ideal if white sprouts are required, or in the kitchen, out of direct sunlight, for green sprouts.
