SHELLED MILLET

Millet is a naturally gluten-free cereal; it is easy to digest and worthwhile because of its unsaturated fatty acid content.

Preparation: Wash 1 part Millet and add it to 2 parts boiling salted water. Cook over low heat in a covered pan for 30 min.
