SHITAKE AND OAT SOUP

 Ingredients: oatmeal*, vegetable stock* (sea salt, yeast extract (contains gluten), rice flour*, onions*, carrots*, celeriac*, sunflower oil*, spices*, parsley*), shiitake mushrooms*, onion*, parsley*. (*) Organically grown products.
For  3 servings: mix the contents of the packet with 1 l of water, bring to the boil, cover and leave to simmer over low heat for 10 min. Serve as it is or blended and accompanied with olive oil, croutons and fresh herbs.
