SLICED SICILIAN RISOTTO

Ingredients : Sliced whole long grain rice*, tomatoes*, courgettes*, olives*, onions*, egg-plant*, red pepper*, parsley*, basil*, sea salt. (*) Organically grown products.

Preparation : 1 part Sliced Sicilian Risotto per 3 parts water. Heat some olive oil in a heavy-based pan and fry the risotto stirring it thoroughly so it is coated in oil. Add the water and stir until the rice has started to soak it up. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 min. Season and accompany to suit your taste.
