THAI LONG WHITE RICE

Originating from Thailand, this rice has a distinctive flavour. Naturally gluten free, Rice is the most easily digested of all the grains. As a fast-cooking variety, white rice is particularly suitable for use in desserts.

Cooking instructions: 1 part rice to 2.5 parts salted boiling water. Cook 10 to 15 min.
