WHITE BASMATI

A delicately flavoured rice originating from Northern India. Naturally gluten free, Rice is the most easily digested of all the grains. As a fast-cooking variety, white rice is particularly suitable for use in desserts.

Cooking instructions: 1 part rice to 3 parts salted boiling water. Cook 10 to 15 min.
