WHITE ITALIAN CARNAROLI

Carnaroli rice is Italy’s most famous variety.
Ideal for « risotto », its high starch content gives this dish a creamy appearance while ensuring that the grains remain deliciously firm in the centre.
Cooking instructions: Fry the grains of rice in olive oil with chopped onions, then cook by gradually adding stock to the rice until it is absorbed, this should take about 10 to 15 min.
