Spelt (Triticum Spelta) is an ancient, rustic variety of wheat and was the Romans’ staple cereal. It contains more protein and minerals than wheat. Use this spelt flour, obtained from the whole grain, to make breads, cakes, pancakes or waffles. (Fibers: 7.6gr / 100gr)
