Our wholemeal wheat flour T150 is very rich in fibre, giving greater texture and flavour to traditional breads such as Pain de Campagne, farmhouse loaf . Contributes to the daily recommended fibre intake. Note that all our flours can be mixed with other bread-making flour types inclusive of sprouted one.
